Оцінка нерівномірності розподілу деформацій по перерізу в процесі багатоступінчатого волочіння

Abstract

The analysis of the distribution of deformations over transverse section via their representation in relative units is performed. It is shown that the strain distribution diagrams over transverse section practically coincide for different transitions and diameters of workpieces. The strain non-uniformity coefficient is practically independent of the number of transitions and the degree of extraction and reaches 0.87.
