Abstract

The analysis of the features of the application of the group interchangeability method (selective assembly) to ensure the required parameters of a hydraulic gear pump was performed. As a result of the study, the following were established: tolerances of component links (dimensions of the width of the gear crowns); number of sorting groups; upper and lower deviations of the dimensions of parts in each of the sorting groups. design dimensions and tolerances of gears. It is shown that in order to minimize the volume of unfinished production, it is necessary to ensure, when setting up machines for final processing of the ends of gears, the distribution curves of the width of the gear crowns of the driving and driven gears as close as possible in shape and location to the average size (mathematical expectation).
