Abstract

The article reveals the strategic management of the enterprise, which is one of the most important tasks of its management. Without a strategic management plan, the company's activities will not be predictable, and it is directed only by unsystematic external influences and internal management decisions. As an object of production management, strategic management is dynamically developed by a system whose elements are interconnected and interrelated, and effective activity of divisions requires a clear and purposeful interaction with the internal and external environment of each division for which strategic management is planned. The essence of strategic management at enterprise, we have studied the approaches of various researchers on strategic management in the enterprise, analyzes the nature and structural characteristics of strategic management. The introduction of management systems is indicated, which is especially important for enterprises that are engaged in the production of daily demand products, which are forced to constantly fight for survival in the market. The essence of strategic management of the enterprise is analyzed and a number of measures for its improvement are developed. The factors influencing the system of strategic management of the organization are revealed. Improvement of strategic management is largely due to the need to ensure optimal use of available resources to achieve the goals of the enterprise. The choice of measures to improve the management strategy of the organization depends on the purpose of its existence, scope of activity, the influence of external and internal factors and is aimed at improving the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market economy. Special attention is paid to the problems of strategic management of innovative development of enterprises where approaches to the definition of strategic management and processes for developing an innovative strategy of an enterprise are considered. The role, significance and influence of strategic management in a market economy where strategic management is a special management technology that ensures the smooth implementation of the organization's production process in constantly changing conditions are analyzed.
