Abstract

The problem of optimal control of river basin water management balance through water users management. A new approach of solving this problem is using the technology of system analysis based on the cognitive modeling and control synthesis tools by cognitive maps. The automation of all calculations and processing the input data are proposed based on the GIS of this region.
