Тайм-менеджмент як дієвий інструмент ефективного використання часу успішного менеджера за сучасних умов

Abstract

The article describes the insight of time-management and proves the importance of the usage of its tools for a successful manager in current circumstances. Time management is characterized not only as the correct distribution of own time, but also the management of factors that affect it (working atmosphere, relationships with colleagues, rest organization, way of life, etc.). Procrustination is considered as a phenomenon of postponement of the terms of the case execution, despite the fact that it will cause negative consequences. The causes and consequences of procrastination are identified and proposed direction for overcoming it are proposed. The article proves the necessity of analyzing manager`s time, distinguishing unproductive losses and their minimization. The authors created an algorithm of making decisions about tasks sequence, which helps a manager to increase his time management effectiveness and to prevent its unproductive losses. The authors review stages of planning and rational use of manager`s time: the formation of goals, direct planning, the adoption of necessary decisions for the execution of future cases, the execution of scheduled cases, monitoring and summing up. The authors review biological clock, intellectual engineering, psychological clock, behavioral style as the schemes, that must be taken in mind for creating individual technology of time management. The article describes existing methods of time-management (the Pareto principle, the Eisenhower method, the rule \"6P\", Getting Things Done, the ALPEN method, the \"Tomato\", the Personal Efficiency ProgramThe Productivity Pyramid by Frankli, \"Swiss cheese\" method, the \"100 blocks\" technique) and analyzes specific of their practical usage. The problems, that prevent a manager effective time usage, are discovered and main ways to solve them are offered. The authors determin that in practice it is necessary to apply different methods of time management in their correlation, and choose independently those methods that allow to take into account individual characteristics and which are most effective for a particular person and for collective.
