Abstract

The proposed microelectronic oscillator contains a field-effect transistor with two gates, a resistor, a capacitor, a direct current source, and additionally, a bipolar transistor, three additional resistors, and three additional capacitors. The first terminal of the resistor is connected to the collector of the bipolar transistor, the first gate of the field-effect transistor, the first terminal of the third additional resistor, and the first output of the oscillator. The first terminal of the capacitor is connected to the second terminal of the resistor and the first terminal of the first additional resistor. The first terminal of the first additional capacitor is connected to the second terminal of the first additional resistor and the first terminal of the second additional resistor. The first terminal of the second additional capacitor is connected to the second terminal of the second additional resistor and the base of the bipolar transistor. The emitter of the bipolar transistor is connected to the source of the field-effect transistor. The second terminal or the third additional resistor is connected to the first terminal of the third additional capacitor and the first terminal of the direct voltage source. The second terminals of all the capacitors are connected to the drain and the second gate of the field-effect transistor, the second terminal of the direct voltage source, and the second terminal of the oscillator.
