Abstract

In the thesis the features of attestation of hydraulic jacks, used in the system of preliminary tension of reinforcans of hard protective shells of NPPs with WWER-1000 reactors, using various technical means and means of measuring equipment are considered; features of the methods, their drawbacks and advantages. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and technical bases of the possibility of improving the procedure of attestation of hydraulic jacks and to develop recommendations for its improvement. In the process of work used general scientific methods (analysis, comparison, generalization), methods and techniques of economic analysis. The legislative acts and normative documents in the field of metrology, operational and production documentation of the enterprise are considered. The features of technical means and safety of methods of certification of hydraulic jacks with the use of various methods and means are analyzed. The drawbacks of safety and non-rationality of existing methods of certification of jacks are revealed. In the work the method of certification of jacks with the use of modern means is proposed that greatly improves the attestation procedure by solving a number of problems, including the possibility of certification of hydraulic jacks in the full range of tension efforts, the mobility of the measuring complex, autonomy, software availability, ability to measure and convert various physical quantities, as well as reducing the risks to personnel safety.
