Abstract

The study proves that all approaches that can determine our worldview paradigm, our lens through which we look at the world, can be reduced to two: the paradigm of consciousness «I» and the paradigm of consciousness «I – Other». The key characteristic of the paradigm of consciousness «I» is that regardless of which concept defines the essence and content of the «I» as human consciousness (mind, activity or experience), the «I», by its nature, will always remain a monological, selfish, authoritarian entity that «does not see the Other» (man, society, nature). It is determined that the paradigm of consciousness «I», the essential basis of which is the concept of «experience», is based not on principles (natural, objective, deep factors), but on situational, variable, subjective factors. For a long time, in parallel with the transformation of the paradigm of consciousness «I», in the science of man, the process of formation of the paradigm of consciousness «I – Othe», which is a communicative paradigm, has been taking place. It is emphasized that an important attribute of the communicative existence of the individual is his subjectivity. Therefore, the paradigm «I – Other», which is based on the principles of «subjectivit» and «communicability», can be designated as a «subjective-communicative paradigm». Based on the study of the principles of «subjectivity» and «communicability», the essence and content of the subjective-communicative paradigm, a system (continuum) of development and existence of the individual has been determined. It is proved that subjectivity is the first stage of the formation of the subjective-communicative essence of the individual`s existence. The emphasis on the development of subjectivity creates conditions that ensure the development of the communicative qualities of the individual and the formation of the subjective-communicative way of being of the individual. It has been determined that the development (change) of the personal paradigm (our «lens of vision») occurs on the basis of self-awareness, which is based on communicative principles (consciousness, co-existence, interaction) and instrumental factors of subjectivity (motivation, self-creation (creativity) and self-regulation). The subjective-communicative paradigm of being is the basis of the effectiveness and success of the individual.
