Abstract

In the master's qualification work the questions on designing wide-band signal generators with the function of digital regulation of output signals parameters are considered, data generators are used for solving a wide range of problems of different types. In the explanatory note of the master's qualification work, a preliminary economic analysis was conducted. The choice of the structural scheme of the device is substantiated. Perform electrical calculations of the main units of the device. Modeling of base generator blocks in automated design systems was carried out. The design calculations of the printed circuit board have been made, and all functional nodes of the device have been checked for reliability. The economic part defines the cost, the economic effect and the payback period of the device. Also in master's qualifying work issues of safety of life during manufacture of the device and stability of its work under the influence of ionizing radiation and electromagnetic pulse (EMI) are considered.
