Abstract

The abstract examines the theoretical and applied aspects of forming an enterprise's logistics strategy based on a systematic approach. A step-by-step algorithm for strategic modeling is outlined, ranging from the decomposition of the corporate mission into a "goal tree" and conducting a SWOT analysis to selecting strategic alternatives and optimizing the organizational structure. The criterion for optimizing the logistics system by maximizing the ratio of service quality to total costs is considered. Based on the analysis of the practical experience of international companies, the effectiveness of integrating ERP, SCM, JIT, and VMI concepts is proven. It is concluded that a coordinated logistics strategy serves as a key tool for ensuring long-term competitive advantages of a business.
