Abstract

In this paper, the problem of masking speech signals with the help of dynamic chaos for protective purposes is considered on the example of the system of deterministic chaos of Lorenz. A comparative analysis of the spectral properties of chaotic and speech signals is presented, and it is shown that the statistical characteristics of dynamic chaos are close to the corresponding characteristics of stochastic signals. In the theoretical part the analysis of parameters and characteristics of language and speech signals, an overview of methods of information security, as well as the concept of dynamic chaos and its properties are carried out. In the experimental part of the work, the device of information protection was developed and investigated by means of deterministic chaos in the transmission of speech signals. They also work the calculations of economic as well as health and safety in emergency situations.
