Адаптація змісту освіти з дисципліни «фізичне виховання» з урахуванням професійної специфіки студентів технічного профілю

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of adapting the content of education in the discipline “Physical Education”, taking into account the professional specificity of technical students in order to create a healthsaving environment of higher education; theoretical conditions are analyzed and the main active and passive factors of danger to the health of students of technical specialties of universities are determined. It has been substantiated that health preservation is a necessity for a modern student who studies in the conditions of various environmental problems, the modernization of society, the spread of the phenomena of an unhealthy lifestyle, and the like. The purpose of this article is to determine the active and passive factors of danger to the health of students of technical specialties of higher education institutions and to determine the main educational emphasis to be taken in physical education classes for engineering professions in order to preserve and strengthen health. It is substantiated that for the health of students of technical specialties of higher education institutions there are destructive constantly acting passive and active dangers that extend in the range of “psycho-emotional and intellectual stress” – long-term static work with nonergonic (aeronautical, polluted, inconvenient, harmful, dangerous) the technical environment. However, the rear positive and positive effects of professional training on healthcare of students: increased need for physical education and sports, professional interest in the material side of being, its perfection, energy transformation, understanding of the laws of motion, mechanics and dynamics, etc.
