Abstract

Various aspects of the impact of cultural and educational work on university students, its role in the socialization and adaptation of students, as well as the impact on reducing the level of stress and anxiety are considered. In addition, the informal style of organizing cultural events and their impact on communication between students and teachers are considered. It is shown how cultural and educational work helps to create a platform for discussion of trends and acute issues related to university life. It is shown how this work contributes to the involvement of students in various events and initiatives, contributing to the development of their organizational and leadership activity.
