Abstract

Розглянуто різні аспекти впливу культурно-виховної роботи на студентів університету, її роль у соціалізації та адаптації студентів, а також вплив на зниження рівня стресу та тривожності. Крім того, розглянуто неформальний стиль організації культурних заходів та їх вплив на комунікацію між студентами та викладачами. Наведено як культурно-виховна робота допомагає створити платформу для обговорення тенденцій і гострих питань, що стосуються університетського життя. Показано, як ця робота сприяє залученню студентів до різноманітних заходів та ініціатив, сприяючи розвитку їхньої організаційної та лідерської активності.Various aspects of the impact of cultural and educational work on university students, its role in the socialization and adaptation of students, as well as the impact on reducing the level of stress and anxiety are considered. In addition, the informal style of organizing cultural events and their impact on communication between students and teachers are considered. It is shown how cultural and educational work helps to create a platform for discussion of trends and acute issues related to university life.
