Abstract

In the master's qualification work the general description of the shipment line of the woodworking workshop was given, the electric drive of the scraper conveyor of the shipment line of the woodworking shop was calculated, the SAEP of the scraper conveyor was developed, the simulation of the scraper conveyor developed by SAEP was carried out, the element base was selected and the NMI interface of the automated system of the shipment line for wood- shop Elemental base selection was made and a program for the SIMATIC S7-314C 2DP automated system of the waste shipment line of the woodworking shop was developed. The project implementation calculations are executed. All requirements for safe operation of an object and civil protection are considered and solved in the section "Labor protection".
