Взаємозв’язок типу внутрішнього зворотного зв’язку з типом с-негатрона

Abstract

Theoretical substantiation of interrelationship of internal feedback type with a type of coulomb-voltage characteristic and equivalent circuit of C-negatron is considered in the paper. It is shown that positive voltage feedback defines coulomb-voltage characteristic of the N-type and equivalent circuit of C-negatron, which consists of a negative capacity and a negative active conductivity. Positive current (charge) feedback defines a coulomb-voltage characteristic of the S-type and an equivalent circuit of C-negatron, which consists of a negative capacity and a positive active resistance.
