Abstract

In the master's qualification work the actual scientific and technical problem of improving the efficiency of hydraulic control system supporting rotary rail type, by using the system is sensitive to load. In the first chapter a review of the literature on research, zapropnovano recommendations for effective design supporting rotary and determined reducing power losses in the hydraulic supporting-turning device. The second section known improved hydraulic circuit supporting-turning device by introducing its control system elements, providing minimize power losses during hydraulic mode hydraulic adjustment costs. In the third chapter developed computational schemes and mathematical models known and improved hydraulic circuits. Determined that improvements hydraulic circuit sensitive to changes in load, compared with hydraulic fixed costs, provides increased efficiency hydraulic control system. The fourth section performed economic calculation known productivity and improved hydraulic circuits supporting-turning device.
