Abstract

It was analyzed the state, problems and tasks of modern higher education in the conditions of the world viral pandemic are analyzed. The problems of modern education and ways to solve them are formulated. It is proposed to use mixed forms of education and electronic document management for the application of existing forms of educational processes in higher educational institutions. It is recommended to use modern IT-technologies based on open digital platforms and mobile technologies in the organization of the educational process.
