Модифікований алгоритм аналізу рентабельності об'єктів інфраструктури

Abstract

The article considers the problem for improving the accuracy of the analysis of infrastructure profitability, which currently faces entrepreneurs in making management decisions, the feasibility in developing a modified algorithm for analyzing the profitability of infrastructure, based on a production model with fuzzy inference. Methodology. The most common modern algorithms of profitability analysis are considered, the main disadvantage of which is the insufficient level of accuracy, which reduces their competitiveness in the market. The article presents the main steps of the proposed modified algorithm for analyzing the profitability of infrastructure facilities and developed a UMLdiagram of its activities. Results. The expediency of using the proposed algorithm is analyzed and its accuracy is investigated on the basis of comparing the real value of profitability with the value of profitability obtained using the algorithm based on the production method and using the proposed algorithm based on fuzzy inference. Four types of infrastructure were ed to compare profitability analysis algorithms: agricultural, chemical, construction, and transportation. It was found that the use of the proposed modified algorithm for analyzing the infrastructure profitability, on average, reduces the error of analysis by 4.85%. Originality. The proposed modified algorithm allows increasing the accuracy of the analysis of profitability for infrastructure objects through the use of indicators that are difficult to formalize by introducing fuzzy sets, membership functions, linguistic variables, term sets, which will contribute to the formation of appropriate sound conclusions. Practical value. A modified algorithm is proposed, which will be able to give the result of the analysis of all profitability indicators for the ed infrastructure with increased accuracy, which will greatly facilitate the work of enterprises and contribute to the formation of sound conclusions about the profitability of a particular object
