Abstract

The theoretical and practical questions of managementdistribution and use of income of enterprise are considered іn this diploma work. Diploma work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter examined theoretical and methodological aspects of research management mechanism profits, the essence, profit function, analyzed mechanism of formation and distribution of profits, are methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of management of the company profits. The second section - given the general organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC "Obolon", analyzed the financial position for 2011-2013. And evaluated the effectiveness of management of the profit of PJSC "Obolon". In the third section - the ways to improve the financial condition and improve management Profit PJSC "Obolon".
