A plunger vibrating hydraulic cylinder comprises a housing, a plunger, a spring, a closure made in the form of a ball and placed in the plunger hole, a valve, a second spring, a stopper, pressure and drainage channels made in the plunger. In the plunger hole circular grooves are made with possibility of connection to the appropriate channel.
