Анотація
The paper considers the development of the BuildFlow web system for construction project management, designed to automate financial cost control during construction works. A budget overrun forecasting method is proposed, taking into account the level of budget usage, task completion status, and overdue tasks. The implemented approach allows timely detection of budget overrun risks and improves the efficiency of construction project management.
