An electrically controlled frequency multiplier comprises a DC voltage source, a first and a second oscillatory circuits, a capacitor, a bipolar transistor and a common bus. A second bipolar transistor, a dual-gate metal-dielectric transistor, a first, a second, a third, a fourth, a fifth, a sixth and a seventh resistors, a second capacitance and a second source of DC voltage are brought in the device.
