Технологічна спадковість в процесах листового штампування при створенні безпечних конструкцій

Abstract

The thesis deals with the improvement of the electro-hydro-impulse sheet pressing processes while vehicles fail-safe designs creation. The work aimed at the current problems of the mechanical-engineering production – providing the technological heredity parameters of the derived products for the fail-safe designs enhancing. In the thesis it has been investigated the technological process of the electro-hydro-impulse pressing of the products such as "roof" on the electro-hydraulic press "PEG-HAI-500". To improve the investigated technological process it has been studied its mechanism. It has been analyzed the information on the stress-strain state, which allowed to evaluate the parameters of the derived products technological heredity. The product stress-strain state investigation is based on the hardness method use. The analysis of the process parameters impact on the derived products performance features gave the possibility to formulate the recommendations on the technological process parameters selection that ensure the desired technological heredity of the derived products.
