Анотація
In the article the interrelations of motor readiness with other aspects of motor activity of a person, its undeniable influence on the physical condition and health of the person are highlighted in the article. The characteristic of motor readiness of 1-4 year students of Vinnitsa National Technical University is given. The tendency of deterioration of the level of motor readiness of boys and girls during the study at the university was revealed.
