Концепція створення дистанційної форми навчання в магістратурі Вінницького Національного Технічного Університету

Abstract

The papers highlights main problems arising in the course of transition to distance education at technical universities of Ukraine. The paper considers the possible solutions of the suggested problems proceeding from the present state of distance education both abroad and at other institutions for higher education. Basic conceptual approaches to organization of distance education at Vinnytsia National Technical University are suggested based the example of creation of the distance education for Masters Training.
