Mathematical Modeling of Generator Parameters Based on Transistor structure with Negative Resistance

Abstract

Цю статтю присвячено аналізу генератора на основі транзисторної структури з від'ємним опором у нелінійному режимі. Отримано аналітичні залежності для розрахунку амплітуди коливань, амплітудної та частотної чутливості до змін елементів зовнішнього кола, режимів живлення, що визначають основні параметри частотних перетворювачів фізичних величин і стабільність їх роботи.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the geerator based on a transistor structure with a negative resistense in the nonlinear mode. Analytical dependencies for calculating the amplitude of oscillations, amplitude and frequency sensitivity to changes in external circuit elements, power regimes that determine the main parameters of frequency transducers o f physical quantities and the stability of their operation are obtained.
