The interconnection of the denotative & connotative microcomponents in a lexical
meaning of verbs
The semantic structure of the connotative verbs in the language of the mass media has
been researched.
The peculiarities of the interconnection of the denotative & connotative microcomponents
within the limits of an emotional-estimating word have been analyzed. It was settled that the
centre of the lexeme can be both denotation and connotation
