Обґрунтування педагогічних умов розвитку самоосвітньої компетентності майбутніх фахівців комп'ютерних систем і автоматики

Abstract

The article highlights the peculiarities of the development of self-educational competence of future graduates of technical higher education institutions in the process of teaching non-specialty disciplines in the specialty. The question of the ability to educate itself, which remains important in shaping the future professional's readiness for continuous self-education, is analyzed and gives him the opportunity to adapt quickly in society, to improve his skills and skills in accordance with modern innovations, to be mobile. On the basis of clarifying the problems of teaching the humanities and fundamental disciplines, the author defines the concept of pedagogical conditions for the development of future competence of future specialists in computer systems and automatics, identifies and substantiates pedagogical conditions, the introduction of which will promote the development of self-education. Among the pedagogical conditions are the following: a favorable psychological climate that encourages the student to become an active participant in the educational process and stimulates motivation to develop selfeducational skills; educational environment to ensure the effective development of selfeducational competence in the study of subjects of the humanities-fundamental cycle on the basis of integration of humanities, fundamental and professional disciplines (use of updated to modern realities in education and development of new forms and methods of cognitive activity of students).
