Управління інтелектуальним капіталом на вітчизняних підприємствах засобами сучасних інформаційних технологій

Abstract

У роботі досліджено поняття інтелектуального капіталу, розглянуто його сутність та складові. Проаналізовано переваги та недоліки сучасних програмних засобів управління інтелектуальним капіталом, обґрунтовано оптимальний ПЗ для управління інтелектуальним капіталом

Intellectual capital is an important component of the enterprise assets. At the current stage of social development knowledge and skills play crucial role for the successful implementation of any activities and additional value. The presence of a significant amount of intellectual capital in the modern enterprise is one of the main advantages that provides stable development of the company and consolidate its market position by increasing competitiveness because the effective use of intellectual capital increases other competitive advantages and promotes new ones. The importance of intellectual capital is that in the production of goods or services intellectual capital is transformed from an incorporeal state to the material in the form of an innovative product or service. In this work there are examined the concept of intellectual capital, its nature and components. Also there are analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of modern management software of intellectual capital, and an optimal management software of intellectual capital are proved.
