Abstract

This paper considers theoretical methods of analysis of radiomessuring transducers magnetic field. In the master's qualification work in scientific terms the mathematical models of transducers for magnetic field with frequency output based on nonlinear equivalent circuits that allowed us to obtain current-voltage characteristics conversion function and sensitivity equation developed devices. Testers developed microelectronic transducers for magnetic field with frequency output on the basis of two bipolar and field and bipolar transistor structures for magnetic field based on the structure and npn bipolar transistors. The fourth chapter describes recommendations for health and safety at work with this unit and calculation 'exposure of the cornea of the eye by direct laser irradiation. The fifth chapter estimates the calculation of production costs and effectiveness of the device investment.
