Гендерне обличчя науки в Україні

Abstract

Problem of training scientists is of paramount importance for economic development of Ukraine. But intellectual potention of scientists can be realized in case of gender parity in science. To examine the problem, the relation of men and women, who got the degree of Candidate of Science and Doctor of science during last six years has been analyzed. Gender inequality was revealed. Further directions aimed at investigation of the given problem are determined.
