Анотація
In the master's thesis, research was conducted to increase the energy efficiency of
the drum dryer, reducing its energy consumption. A variant analysis of the use of four
different thermal schemes of works and feasibility study of modernization are
performed.
The mathematical model of work of the drum dryer for drying of BN-2,0-8NU-03
sugar is made.
Thermal calculations of the BN-2,0-8NU-03 dryer and auxiliary equipment: heat
exchanger and cyclone were performed. The technology of installation of auxiliary
equipment and the scheme of automation of the modernized dryer are developed.
The economic attractiveness of the project is determined and labor protection
measures are developed.
