Abstract

The ring optoelectronic shift register comprises the first and second light emitter, the first outputs being connected with a null potential bus and discharge cells, each of them consists of the first and second gate optrons, the first outputs being united and the second output of the first gate optron is connected to a null potential bus, a photothyrystor and a resistor, an electrically controlled optical modulator, the third resistor. The last discharge cell comprises a diode and the second resistor.
