Abstract

The proposed modular optoelectronic device contains bit cells, a reset circuit, a control unit for the bit cells and the reset circuit, a D trigger, an RS trigger, AND logic elements, a circuit with an RS trigger for reversing the pulse count direction, an optoelectronic coupler, a bipolar transistor, photodetectors, blocking diodes, a resistor, a light-emitting diode, an OR logic element, and a unit for enabling data writing and recording.
