Abstract

The proposed device for testing the service life of a group of switching units contains current transducers, a commutation detector, a service life counter for each switching unit, an analog-to-digital converter, a unit for linearizing the transfer characteristics of the current transducers, a unit a unit for setting the correction coefficients that are used to account for the nonuniform wear and tear of the parts of the switching unit when determining the service life of the unit, and a timing unit.
