Abstract

Розглянуто особливості сучасних комплексних інформаційних систем планування та управління діяльністю підприємства, їх послідовність розвитку і застосування, а також основні переваги та недоліки. Визначено, що при переході до ринкових відносин система управління внутрішнім плануванням та організацією виробництва стає найважливішою функцією управління промисловим підприємством. Однак різке зростання обсягів інформації, вимагають переходу до автоматизованих програмних систем, які дозволяють бути в постійному контакті з постачальниками та споживачами і оперативно вносити зміни в процеси виробництва продукції. В статті на основі проведених досліджень виділено особливості та характеристики сучасних інтегрованих систем планування, організації та управління промисловим підприємством з метою забезпечення інформаційно-техніко-технологічного переозброєння виробництва відповідно до потреб ринку та сучасних можливостей цифрової економіки.

It is determined that in the transition to market relations management system of internal planning and organization of production becomes the most important function of business management for industrial enterprises, but a sharp increase in information, its variability require transition to automated software that allows constant contact with suppliers and consumers. in production processes. Features and characteristics of modern integrated systems of planning, organization and management of industrial enterprises in order to ensure information and technological re-equipment of production in accordance with the needs of the market and modern digital economy are considered. It is determined that modern systems allow not only to display data in a user-friendly form, but also to make various forecasts and provide operational planning of certain activities, especially the provision of material resources at all stages of production. However, despite all this, the final decision is still made by man. Modern planning and management systems operate with information flows generated by the industrial enterprise and are divided into five main classes, although two remain basic - production resource planning and enterprise resource planning. It is determined that the systems have evolved from managing only the material resources of the enterprise to integrated integrated management systems for all areas of the enterprise. It is investigated that ERP-systems are mainly used in Ukraine. The main consumers are large Ukrainian companies and holdings. ERP systems are in demand and the demand for them is growing. Modern ERP systems need to be refined for a specific company, and therefore the time of the implementation phase is significantly extended, which significantly affects the growth of the cost of such systems, so many companies may not be ready for such investments. Therefore, despite the prospects for the development of the ERP-systems market, direct trends in implementation are still slow.
