Abstract

In modern conditions of information technology development, automation of enterprise activities is one of the important directions for increasing the efficiency of their functioning. The implementation of information technologies in the field of car maintenance is especially relevant, where a significant number of operations related to the accounting of customers, vehicles, performed work and used spare parts are performed daily. Traditional methods of accounting, in particular, paper documentation or the use of electronic spreadsheets do not provide sufficient efficiency of information management and can lead to errors. The paper considers the features of developing a WEB application for automating the management of the activities of a car service enterprise. An analysis of existing software solutions in the field of car service management was conducted and their main shortcomings were identified. Based on the analysis, the structure of the WEB application was proposed and the main functional modules were identified that ensure the automation of key processes of the enterprise. The proposed WEB application allows you to automate the accounting of customers, vehicles, orders for repair work and used spare parts.
