Abstract

This article considers theoretical and practical issues of organizing production management at domestic enterprises. It is proved that managing the internal environment of a modern enterprise is a constant and important task of its production management, especially in conditions of instability of the external environment.The content of the main elements and subsystems of the internal environment of the enterprise has been analyzed and an algorithm for managing the internal environment of a production enterprise has been developed.
