Abstract

The invention proposes a push-pull balanced current amplifier wherein due introduction of new connection, as well as twenty fifth - thirtieth transistors the amplification constant and operation speed are increased. First and second current sources and first and second transistors form DC mode setting circuit for stages. Fifth and sixth transistors form an input push-pull circuit. Ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth form a bidirectional current reflector. Current compensators are built on twenty fifth, third, fifth, seventh and fourth, twenty sixth and eighth transistors, correspondingly. Intermediate amplification stages are built on fifteenth and sixteenth transistors, correspondingly. Current reflectors – on thirteenth, seventeenth, nineteenth and fourteenth, eighteenth, twentieth transistors together with twenty seventh and twenty eighth diode-connected transistors provide double increase of current amplification factor. Twenty ninth and thirtieth transistors, correspondingly are incorporated for uploading nineteenth and twentieth transistors. Twenty first, twenty second, twenty third and twenty fourth transistors form a push-pull balanced output stage. A feedback resistor sets the amplification constant of the circuit. A balancing capacitor corrects amplitude-frequency response and prevents circuit generation.
