Abstract

A pneumatic vibroimpact extruder of lump contains a piston drive connected with upper base plate, a plate of extrusion and an inertia mass-striker pressed against base plate by springs of elastic return, an automatic pneumatic distributor, which is a control assembly of the pressure pulsations. To the inertia mass-striker pneumatic cylinders are rigidly fastened, which stocks are cinematically connected with the plate of extrusion, and control assembly of the pressure pulsations is made in the form of a separate unit rigidly fastened to the inertia mass-striker, which contains a housing, in axial boring of which upper and lower pairs of pushers with spring-loaded supports are coaxially located, between which in the boring with sealing flats from the side of pusher a ball locking element is installed. In this case the diameter of the upper sealing flat is larger than the diameter of the upper support, which is in turn larger than the diameter of the lower sealing flat.
