Abstract

The theoretical studies of the current state of energy efficiency of existing real estate objects of the housing stock of Ukraine are fulfilled. The experience of implementation of measures on energy efficiency of foreign countries has been studied. The comparative results of normalized thermophysical characteristics of buildings in Ukraine and in the European Union countries are presented. The main provisions of the legislative and regulatory documents of Ukraine regarding the introduction of energy efficiency measures for existing housing stock are highlighted.
