Сучасні тенденції у зведенні монолітних і цегляних житлових будинків

Abstract

In this article the construction of monolithic and brick residential buildings were reviewed. It was done the analysis of each of them and the advantages and disadvantages were determined. Also, it was done the analysis of the literature and it showed that the monolithic building construction is more economical in cost and faster in construction and has a longer exploitation term in comparison with the construction of the brick house
