Abstract

The plan of the microelectronic transducer of magnetic induction on a basis of Hall magnetic sensitive device with the frequency output is offered. Mathematical model of the transducer from which function of transformation and the equation of sensitivity are received is designed. Experimental research of fundamental parameters of the transducer is carried out. Sensitivity of the transducer is 2...40 kHz/mT.
