Abstract

A pulse charging device includes wind-electric unit connected to inputs of voltage stabilizer negative output of which is connected to negative poles of storage capacitor and accumulator battery, and positive output is connected to the positive pole of the storage capacitor and anode of isolation diode, charge key, discharge key, discharge inductance connected to discharge capacitor. There are included comparator and sensor of wind velocity and sensor of revolutions of the wind turbine connected to its inputs.
