Апаратна реалізація log-MAP декодера для турбо-кодів

Abstract

The log-MAP algorithm is considered which is one of the methods to work with a perspective turbocode for error correction. The algorithm of decoder operation is shown for «hard» and «soft» solutions finding. The mathematic tecnique for metrics calculation is considered and the hardware architecture is developed for working with the log-MAP decoder. Simulation is shown for the algorithm of the log-MAP for a turbo-code with different length of the block and in terms of decoding iterations increase.
