Готовність до зміни діяльності в контексті формування мобільності майбутніх інженерів

Abstract

It is defined in the artice that ability to flexible response to fluid conditions is provided by professional mobility of future engineer which must be created during study in higher education institution. The author has analysed the concepts «professional mobility» and «readiness for changing activity» and on the basis of the analysis of scientific and methodical works is established that the category «professional mobility» is synthesis of three main categories: readiness, talent and ability. Results of diagnosing of future experts readiness for changing professional activity are given. It is defined that readiness for changing activity can be considered not only in the context of changing professional activity, but also in the process of educational and cognitive activity of students. It is offered components of students readiness for successful implementation of mathematical activities: psychological readiness, theoretical readiness (intellectual, cognitive components), practical readiness, readiness to further mathematical self-improvement.
