Abstract

Theoretical and experimental studies of temperature frequency converter based on ferroelectric condenser and transistor structure with negative resistance (TSNR) are presented in the article, the possibility of construction measuring transducers of this class is shown, and the method of circuit determinants for research schemes of self-excited oscillators based on TSNR is suggested.
