Abstract

Ideology of the establishment and operation of informational and analytical center based on the integration in one organizational and functional structure of the aggregate administrative and managerial, technical, information, software and telecommunications resources to provide comprehensive, prompt, intelligent analysis of the situation and working out appropriate solutions to manage difficult situations. Unfortunately the problems of creation the information centers is not so popular at the cu rrent moment,. To address this problem is proposed to review the development of modern informational and analytical centers and to review existing counterparts, and to develop the structu re of informational and analytical centers.
