Частотний перетворювач концентрації газу на основі транзисторної структури з активною індуктивністю

Abstract

In article research a transducer of concentration of gas in a frequency sig-nal are represented on the basis of a hybrid integrated circuit, which consists of three bipolar transistors, one of which together with RC-circuit implements an active inductive element of a tuning circuit of a transducer. The analytical expressions of function of conversion and equa-tion of sensitivity are obtained. The theoretical and experimental research has shown, that the sensitivity of a transducer makes 100-600 Hz/ppm.
