Abstract

An optoelectronic comparator comprises three optoelectronic registers, two OR-NOT gates, first OR gate and RS flip-flop, write enable and read enable inputs of first and second optoelectronic registers, correspondingly, write enable input of third optoelectronic register, setting input, write inputs and bus of clock pulses. Each bit cell of optoelectronic registers comprises an optoelectronic quantizing module. Introduced are NOT gate, two RS flag flip-flops, second and third OR gates, two delay units, two enabling AND gates.
